FTR Event Registration Terms and Conditions

Important Dates

Refund Deadline: 30 days prior to start of Event

Last Date for Invoiced Registration: 30 days prior to start of Event

Invoiced Registration Payment Due Date: 1 week prior to start of Event

Event Cancellation by FTR

FTR may cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances. Registrants will receive a full refund if the event is canceled. If postponed, you may choose a refund or transfer your registration to the new date. FTR is not responsible for expenses related to cancellations or postponements.

Registration Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made by email to events@ftrintel.com before the refund deadline to be eligible for a refund (minus a $50 service fee). No-shows or cancellations after the deadline will not receive a refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are allowed, and requests must be sent by email to events@ftrintel.com. FTR will attempt to update materials to reflect substitutions as soon as possible.

Photographic Consent

By attending, you agree to allow FTR to use your image or voice in marketing materials.

On-site Registration

On-site registration is discouraged and may cause delays.

Behavior

Professional and respectful behavior is required. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Liability

FTR is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury during the event. Attendees assume the risk of attending a public venue.

Solicitation

Solicitation is prohibited outside designated sponsor spaces when provided.
